This former container wharf is being transformed by some of the best architects from Sydney, Australia and abroad, into a vibrant new waterfront financial district, with a mix of world-class sustainable office spaces, premium residential buildings, as well as vibrant shopping, dining, hotel, and hospitality experiences, and connected public spaces.
Victoria Harbour Melbourne, Australia
An innovative vision and experiential foundation, Victoria Harbour encompasses both the cosmopolitan feel Melbourne is renowned for, and a rich sense of community. Lendlease is working in partnership with Southwark Council to deliver a £1.5 billion regeneration project in Elephant & Castle. International Quarter London, United Kingdom
International Quarter London (IQL) anchors the transformation of the district into London’s newest cultural quarter and a desirable place to live and work. Located at the heart of Europe’s largest urban regeneration in Stratford, the project will deliver four million square feet of Grade ‘A’ office space, new homes and community facilities within a 22 acre site.

Darling Quarter is another great example showcasing Lendlease’s integrated business model with the project being conceived, designed, developed and constructed by Lendlease. In addition to this, the project was funded and has been acquired by the Lendlease managed APPF Commercial in a joint venture with one of its existing institutional investment partners.

Lendlease was able to call on its international best practice together with its vast experience in Singapore to prepare the redevelopment plans for Parkway Parade. Since the completion of its major redevelopment works in November 2003, the Asset and Property Management team continued to work with the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) 1008 on asset enhancement works.
Setia City Mall Setia Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
Jointly developed by Malaysian property developer S P Setia and Lendlease managed fund, Asian Retail Investment Fund (ARIF), Setia City Mall is a mid-market, fun and affordable family experience, which encompasses amazing green space, fantastic shops, great food and entertainment.
